- Feasibility studies and market analyses to assess merits of incentive-based conservation opportunities (mitigation and conservation banks)
- Entitlement services (permitting, banking instruments, etc.) and development of land use/land management plans with revenue generating potential (mitigation banks, conservation programs, carbon sequestration, nutrient trading)
- Contract administration and project management using Microsoft Project™ certified project managers to implement land management strategies
- Reviews of acquisition/easement documents by registered real estate associates
- Reviews of financial assurances for resource banks, contractor agreements, sales agreements (for bank credits, if other than cash), interagency/corporate sales agreements (advance purchase, block purchase), etc.
- Financial accounting of land assets and liabilities (sales, debits, etc.), contractor and vendor payables, parallel income streams, grant audits, agricultural income, etc.
- Land use compliance and reconciliation reviews, and coordination of adjoining landowner agreements (grazing leases, access, etc.)
- Marketing (development of marketing strategy, cold calls/sales, advertisement, presentations, website development and maintenance, contact tracking, etc.) for all resource revenue streams
