For over 25 years the principals of Eco-Asset Management have worked diligently in the fields of natural resource restoration, conservation and management, using progressive concepts and approaches in support of these efforts.

Eco-Asset Management utilizes a wide range of market mechanisms and landowner incentive programs to achieve its results. These programs and mechanisms can be thought of as "ecosystem services" which can be identified as real assets. Each asset class generates an income stream, enabling Eco-Asset Management to provide an attractive and diversified overall return on investment.

Under federal and state environmental laws, Eco-Asset Management provides compliance with the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act and other requirements for projects within a specified geographic service area. These projects achieve regulatory compliance through the purchase of credits from Eco-Asset Management which have been established to offset or "mitigate" their unavoidable environmental impacts.
